This place also came up a lot when I was researching, so I went there. The consultation felt the most professional. They measured the distance between my eyes with a ruler, checked my eye-opening strength, and explained my overall eye condition. But it seemed like they were pushing natural adhesion quite a bit. My skin around the eyes is thin, so natural adhesion is possible, but they said if I do it that way, it would be making the crease from my existing folds, so the other folds wouldn’t be cleaned up, and the slightly puffy line above the lashes would probably remain too. They even said my eyes could end up looking smaller. I mean...??? Then why am I having surgery??? That was how I felt. To me, natural adhesion seemed like a concept of just making the double-eyelid crease more defined while taking everything else I already have as-is. I went because I had several folds and was wondering if I should just get double eyelid surgery, but I left only feeling confused about natural adhesion. For reference, they did not recommend ptosis correction or epicanthoplasty. After going to another hospital, I agreed that incision would suit my eyes better. So when I got home and thought about it, I felt like maybe this doctor was leaning more toward natural adhesion. But the doctor answered all my questions very calmly. He was very kind. Having family photos on the wall also somehow made it feel more trustworthy, but it didn’t give me the feeling of "this is the place!!"
