First of all, the doctor’s consultation style was very confident. It never felt like he was trying to sell me anything; he explained things in a friendly way. He showed me various before-and-after photos to help me understand. However, he did scold me a little, like a schoolteacher, if I didn’t understand something. I also liked that there wasn’t a system where a separate consultation manager took me to a consultation room and counseled me. The desk employee (they may have been the consultation manager, but they stayed only at the desk, so I thought of them as a desk employee) simply told me the price at the desk, and that was it. It seems like they use fixed pricing.
