The lower eyelid fat repositioning was definitely a success. The bulging fat went in, so it looks like I don't have dark circles anymore, and I'm satisfied with the surgery. But after the lateral canthoplasty, I developed a D-shaped eye line and red flesh showing, which became stressful. I recommend lower eyelid fat repositioning.
