Overall, there are a few things that are disappointing. First of all, the consultation manager only said what she wanted to say, and showed me cases that were completely different from mine (revision surgery, two-line incision cases) while talking about surgical methods, so there was no real substance that matched my situation, which made me not trust it very much. The consultation notes they sent were also just about surgery-related content, so they were just so-so. At least I was glad that communication with the doctor was possible, but although they said they would see me in detail during the consultation, there was none of that and it just passed quickly, and the fact that they would check the line again through another consultation on the day of surgery felt like they were basically saying they wouldn't give detailed consultation to someone shopping around clinics, which I didn't like.
