I consulted in the order of the manager -> director -> manager, and I was a little flustered during the first consultation with the manager. I’m not sure if the manager changed, if they were unusually like that that day, or if that’s just how they normally are, but it felt like they had a lot to say and couldn’t organize it well..? Still, they said it had been 4 days since the eye revision surgery, and there was a little bruising on one eye, but because the swelling was minimal, I kept looking at it. The director felt robotic. He asked if I had brought photos and asked what I wanted. I said I wanted to change the out-line made with buried sutures into an in-out line, and after having me sit upright and hold my face straight like for an ID photo, he shaped the line. Just like in other reviews, he really did adjust it many times. Near the end of the consultation, he asked if I had any questions, and when I said no, there was silence, then he suddenly handed me the mirror again and kept shaping the line repeatedly... He said that on the day of surgery he would spend 40 minutes just on the line and then check it again while I was lying on the operating table, and that seems entirely possible.. Since it’s non-incisional lowering of the crease, he also explained the variables that could lead to a poor outcome, and said that if I knew the stitch color and whether it was a single knot or multiple knots from the first surgery, it would help during the operation. When he checked my double eyelid, he said the stitches didn’t show well and thought they might be blue, not blue? or white? Later I asked the clinic where I had my first surgery, and they confirmed it was blue. And the manager was taking notes diligently beside us, and later sent me a long, detailed KakaoTalk message summarizing the consultation and the procedure for the surgery day, even though I didn’t put down a deposit. At the end I also had a long consultation with the manager again, and they showed me the stitches the director had removed during surgery and kept in storage; there were really a lot. The manager showed me many before-and-after photos and cases, and even openly showed the charts the clinic had made, plus the director’s charts on patients’ surgical process, which surprised me because they showed everything without hiding it. And as other reviews often mention, the director really does seem extremely meticulous. I had already left a deposit at another hospital, but this place was more reasonably priced, and I ended up booking here because of the director’s carefulness and the small amount of swelling and bruising.
