I had visited another plastic surgery clinic and saw that Hanmi Plastic Surgery was in the same building, so I went up and asked if I could get a consultation without a reservation. I said, "I came without a reservation, so is it possible to get a consultation without one?" If they couldn't do it, they could just say no (I really went in expecting it might not be possible), but instead they kept sighing and showing obvious annoyance, then said, "Ah... haha, since you're here, we'll do it for you, but next time you need to make a reservation." That was the first thing that made me upset. The second was that the doctor's tone was awful. I went in for lower-eyelid consultation, and he said, "Why are you smiling like that? Why are you making that expression? We can't fix eyes that smile like that" (basically meaning, "It may not improve at all, so don't blame me if the surgery doesn't go well"), and that just made me feel bad.
