To put it simply, I am extremely satisfied. The director was very confident and explained everything passionately during the consultation. During the surgery too, they kept telling me to trust them and talked to me on purpose to help me relax throughout the operation. I remember the surgery took about 2 hours. There isn't some huge dramatic difference, but I am truly, incredibly satisfied.
