I had contouring surgery 10 years ago. It was the shaving style, also called rotational shaving, and it was non-fixed. They weren't very kind, and the consultation was handled by the manager. I didn't really get to meet the doctor. In the end it turned out well... and there's no sagging either.. Probably because they didn't touch the front cheekbones or the 45-degree cheekbones... I heard there was a death accident not long after the surgery, so I was very shocked...
