It was my first consultation for double eyelid surgery, and I had a scheduled appointment and went through the consultation. They showed me the eyes of several patients during the consultation. I have a typical East Asian eye, and they recommended incisional surgery and canthoplasty. They said they would remove fat while doing the double eyelid surgery. I felt it was honest of them to tell me that making the line too thick would make it look like a sausage.
