I met directly with the director without first seeing the staff director. As soon as I sat down, they asked whether I was going to get an incisional canthoplasty, which caught me off guard.. They didn’t ask what kind of line I wanted, and the director barely explained anything, so I was confused. I was given almost no information, so I didn’t feel like I should get it done at this clinic.
