He tended to speak casually, and the way he treated my mom and me was different (which is understandable, but the head coordinator was kind). It was a famous hospital, so there were a lot of patients. The explanation was detailed and the consultation content was good, but in the end, I was told that if I got ptosis correction, I wouldn't be able to get the line I wanted, so I didn't do it here after all!
