This is the first hospital I went to for a consultation about male double-eyelid surgery! When I went after making an appointment, I was taken straight to the male director’s room, and when I said I wanted a double-eyelid consultation, he immediately said he didn’t recommend it. When I asked why, he said the eyelids were too puffy, so if I had surgery the double eyelid could get covered and come down, making me look like a toad. He showed me a photo of someone with a similar eye shape as an example, and I really thought, oh, that could happen. Then the director recommended brow lift surgery, but I wasn’t very drawn to it because of the scar, and we had come for a double-eyelid consultation, so I was startled when he suddenly recommended something else and hesitated for a moment, and then he ended the session by saying, ‘Is that enough? Talk about the rest outside,’ and flipped over the chart...ㅎ Also, throughout the consultation his tone and attitude felt a bit annoying? listless? so I wondered if I had come unnecessarily when he should have been resting ㅠ The consultation manager was kind, but she strongly pushed same-day booking, which felt a little burdensome..! Still, I felt everything was handled honestly, so overall I was satisfied! Even if I get other cosmetic surgery, I think I’d stop by here once.
