I had surgery 10 years ago. The doctor has a lot of specialized knowledge. I had nose surgery, and no one realizes I had surgery. I probably didn't push it too much either, and the doctor's skill is also good. However, as I got older, the cartilage at the tip of my nose became a bit prominent, so I'm planning to have it removed again.
