At first I went to the hospital thinking about 230-degree cheekbone reduction surgery. I was more worried about my cheekbones when seen from the side than the side cheekbones, but the director said the 45-degree cheekbone area was larger and told me to consider 3D cheekbone reduction, so after thinking it over I went with that. I was worried about sagging cheeks, but at first after surgery I thought the swelling might be causing sagging, and as time passed it went down and I don't think there is sagging. It's probably the part I am most satisfied with among the procedures I had.
