I went for a consultation, but both the doctor and the manager rushed everything so much that I lost the desire to do it.. I did not know any better and a friend reserved a surgery slot, but even with two months left until the surgery, there was no refund at all, which I think is unreasonable. My friend had a nonunion and needed revision surgery.
