First of all, the facilities didn’t look better than other places. Once I went into the consultation, they explained everything very slowly, from the very beginning, one by one. And they kept explaining things with analogies. Among the places I consulted, this was the only one that said I didn’t need ptosis correction, and that because of the fat on my eyes, it looked that way and it would be better not to do it. They have a bit of their own philosophy.
