Just like in the reviews, they have a firm mindset that if you're going to do it anyway, it's important to do it prettily even if it shows, and they are quite negative about correction of the eyelids. What they say is polarizing, but the consultation itself was good, and they answered my questions well. The facility had a regular hospital-like interior, which was unusual among the places I've been to.
