The consultation was kind. They answered my questions well, too. Since it was a revision surgery, they suggested several options so I could choose. The manager was fairly kind as well, and there was no pressure to pay a deposit. They showed me a few photos of surgeries, but they were a bit different from my case, which was a little disappointing.
