I went after seeing how professional they looked on YouTube, but my satisfaction after surgery was very low. They made my eyes asymmetrical and oddly shaped, and they said they would also take care of the scar, but the scar got bigger. When I went in for a follow-up because I was unhappy, they said people are naturally asymmetrical. They said I might like it once more time passes. They evaluate other doctors' surgeries like that, but when it comes to their own surgery, they don't admit anything and barely say anything. And they said my original eyes were uneven and my eyeliner was uneven, so that might be why it looked that way. I went thinking this was a place where communication was good, but they don't listen well and give off the vibe that the patient is being too demanding.
