I visited because my eye-opening correction was done wrong, and I had surgery, but near the end of the surgery, after the fat grafting, one eye loosened. I had several reoperations after that, but it was never fixed. As time passed, I went to other places to try to fix my eyes, but I was refused surgery because there wasn't enough skin, and I even heard about the possibility of a skin graft at a university hospital. I have conjunctivitis, and one eye is loose and eversion-like, with asymmetrical eyes, so it looks bad and the discomfort in my eyes is severe. They do not close when I sleep, and it hurts. I feel a huge sense of loss and helplessness because I trusted and relied on them so much. Rather than discussing the surgical plan and details with the patient, they seem to value and rely heavily on the manager's opinion, and the results conflict with the patient's wishes. I also could not get an exact explanation of the cause of the problematic parts. Because of this, it has been very difficult to fix my eyes elsewhere, and I have been told that surgery itself is not possible. I trusted this place too much because it was a place that gave hope to people in difficult situations, and I ended up like this without even realizing that my eyes were getting worse. I know they have a kind impression and that their intentions are sincere, but if I judge only my eye condition coldly, it is frustrating.
