I had fat grafting under my eyes and to my front cheeks. Up to 1-2 months after surgery, the sunken areas that had stressed me out came back up, so I was satisfied, but after that the fat started to disappear. I thought the step-off under my eyes after surgery would improve over time, but it doesn't seem that way, only slightly better.. It never completely disappeared The rest of the areas also aren't much different from before surgery. Even when I contacted the hospital, they just told me to wait and said that with fat grafting, it's different from other skin. If I ever go back to the way I was before, I would think carefully before doing it here.
