I made the consultation appointment only because of Dr. Oh Dongseok's consistent YouTube videos, but even in the actual consultation he explained things in detail. He explained the eye structure and the muscle structure together, so I could definitely tell he knew a lot, and I got the impression that he set realistic expectations for after surgery. In short, his explanation was along the lines of: it can't become completely perfect, but this problem in this area can improve because of this method. So my mom is thinking about booking as well. The consultation manager overall didn't leave a very good impression. If I asked again because I didn't fully understand the surgical method, she showed too much of an attitude like, why don't you understand this? That said, as I kept talking, it seemed like she was just being businesslike but honestly straightforward, and since the doctor's consultation gave me a lot of trust, I liked it. Seeing that they take consultation deposits and manage schedules made me feel they were professional and had a lot of customers, and in fact people kept coming into the front desk. Also, it looked like a lot of foreign customers came from Japan, Vietnam, and China.
