The doctor isn't super friendly, but what's the point of being more friendly? I think it's enough if they consult well and do the surgery well. The staff, honestly there isn't even a manager, and the nurse doesn't try to persuade you, they just give the information and that's it. I loved it!! Very desirable!! I've had blood drawn a few times because of staff who get overly excited and go overboard. I really liked this system. As for the hospital facilities, the hospital is clean and just needs to have good surgical facilities; it doesn't need to be like a hotel!! I hate hospitals that waste money on unnecessary things and put out snacks and treats. It felt exactly like a hospital, which I also liked. No frills, and no flashy interior or staff, so my personal thought is that if you get surgery here, it probably won't go terribly wrong.
