The consultation manager explained things while drawing the eye design, and I liked that they explained in detail why surgeries other than incision were necessary. They didn't pressure me, just explained the benefits of doing them together. The director was kind, but the consultation felt a little scolding, so I felt a bit put off. Still, he clearly explained what wasn't possible and carefully designed the line, and I could trust that he was sincerely recommending the surgery methods possible for my eyes.
