Even though I had made an appointment and went, there was a lot of delay, which was disappointing, but the consultation manager talked to me comfortably, like a close older sister would, and the director told me what kind of surgery I would need to achieve the line I wanted, and they set a line that felt harmonious with my current eyes, which I liked.
