At first, the consultation with the manager was just average. The explanation was fine. Then I had a consultation with Director Yoon. Director Yoon was incredibly kind and explained everything in detail during the consultation. Even though they looked very tired, they kept saying to ask anything I was still curious about, and they were so kind that I wanted to have the procedure done here. But the pressure to pay a deposit was too strong, and since this was almost my first consultation here, the moment I politely said I would think about it for a day or two and get back to them, the manager's expression froze completely and their tone got bad, so I lost the desire to go through with surgery. I do want to consult with Director Yoon again, but honestly I feel reluctant to go back here.
