For canthoplasty, La Red is the one. My eyes were completely tiny and slit-like, but after the outer widening they really opened up, and honestly everyone says it turned out well. It doesn't really look obvious, so people just say something changed somewhere. But there is one flaw: the canthoplasty scar is still red Other than that, I'm satisfied.
