I only got an eye consultation here. I didn't actually have surgery. So please don't pay attention to the surgery expectations, because I just made them up casually. The director's consultation felt very professional, so I trusted it. They gave me a very thorough consultation, which made me trust them. But the coordinators weren't that friendly. Since I went alone without my parents, there was a bit of condescension.
