The doctor was confident and conducted the consultation while understanding the patient's concerns. After the doctor's consultation, the manager's consultation followed. The doctor understood the patient's concerns and explained the right method for them, which I liked, but the manager's consultation was kind, though they recommended other areas too, which was disappointing.
