I had lower eyelid fat repositioning after a consultation about 8 years ago. At that time, they said during the consultation that fat could build up again about 10 years later. So far, it hasn’t really built up again, and I’ve been doing well. The surgery time was also short, around 15 minutes, and it was simple. The swelling didn’t last very long either.
