I made a reservation by phone and went. But since it was quite far, I was going to go in the evening at first so I could meet the doctor in one go. Instead, I went at the date and time the hospital told me was available for the doctor consultation, and when I actually got there, I waited more than an hour and the only thing I got was a consultation with the manager. This manager was really as unfriendly as the reviews said. It's honestly amazing that they have so many customers while consulting like that They didn't do anything to ease my anxiety about side effects or fat grafting. I didn't even meet the doctor, and when they said I could meet him if I waited another hour, I left without looking back.
