The consultation with the director was okay, but the front desk staff was unfriendly, and especially the manager gave a very rough consultation and, without even a consultation with the director, said it was nothing and asked why not just do it today. It felt like they had a mindset of just getting it over with quickly, so I got the impression they were not trustworthy.
