There were many reviews saying they weren't friendly, but both the doctor and the manager are kind. The hospital is a bit small and the atmosphere is somewhat chaotic. It was a consultation for revision of a buried-suture procedure that had come loose and had a low line, and they recommended triple buried sutures + fat removal. I hadn't considered fat removal, but the price was higher than I expected, so I think I need to think about it a bit more.
