The staff were kind. There was one person at the desk, but they looked extremely busy. The director explained things in detail and didn’t force anything in particular. The doctor consulted with me for about 5 minutes and then left. It seemed like he was busy, but he was kind, though I was disappointed. I’m worried whether I’ll be able to feel comfortable seeing the doctor later after the surgery. Still, it gave the strongest sense of trust, so there’s a high chance I’ll do it here.
