The staff definitely didn’t feel especially friendly. The consultation manager was fine, but overall the front desk felt pretty bad, and when I looked it up I found a few posts saying the operating room nurses were unfriendly too. I don’t want to spend several million won and have that kind of experience.. The doctor was okay, and the consultation was detailed and good. But measuring the glabella with a ruler felt a bit old-school. A few centimeters or millimeters don’t matter; what matters is making it fit your own face. The consultation was good, but the price was a bit high. Also, at other hospitals they all say incisional surgery is enough, but here they alone said there wasn’t enough extra skin and that they would need to do a two-line fold, so I found that odd. According to the consultation manager, about 70% of surgeries are two-line folds. Oh, and they’ve now moved to a new building, but when I got the consultation, they were still at the old Gangnam Station location.
