First of all, the ad only listed the regular buried-suture method, so if you went with regular buried sutures it was possible for 57, but for triple buried sutures there wasn't much of a discount, so the estimate came to 160. Unlike other places, they didn't recommend other procedures, which made me trust them. Since it was my first consultation, there were things I wanted to ask but didn't get to, and it didn't feel like they explained things proactively, so that was disappointing.
