First of all, the facility felt like a neighborhood clinic. The consultation was first with the manager, and while they were kind, they kept steering me toward booking, which felt a bit pressuring. And what shocked me was that I only talked with the director for one minute,, they just asked whether I wanted non-incisional or incisional surgery and then checked the line once before sending me out. I was a bit taken aback there,, so even though I know they're famous for revision surgery, the attitude was a little off and it didn't sit well with me.
