I was so happy because both the doctor and the consultation director took enough time to talk with me. The estimate was not excessive and came out at exactly the level I wanted, and they also recommended what was needed well, so the big framework for surgery was set. I'm really grateful for that. The only downside is that the surgery review photos on the cosmetic app are so low resolution that it makes me hesitate about choosing the surgery.
