아이큐 — Review

I waited two months to get a consultation. It's hard to get an appointment. Even though I went at my appointment time, there was only one person there. The total wait time was about 1 hour and 20 minutes. My line is so thin that it gets called a hidden double eyelid, but they said it was thick and that they would lower it by making two lines. I know it as an in-line, and a previous clinic also said it was an in-line, but the consultant looked at my eyes and said it was in-out. The consultant just asked about my previous eye surgery, and instead of showing photos of people whose eyes changed due to the same problem, never first pointed out the issues with my own eyes. In some reviews, people said even the consultant felt like a specialist and could read the eye condition well, so I had some expectations after reading them, but maybe it depends on the consultant. The director also said that because I had surgery done wrong at another hospital, I was asymmetrical, but that this degree of asymmetry is something everyone has and it can't be fixed... My inner corner is uneven, and at first he didn't even notice it, asking where it was uneven. So I pointed to the photo and said, don't you see anything else wrong there? Only then did he say it couldn't be made the same. I had waited a long time and had prepared several questions, but even the eye issues that everyone around me had already pointed out were not identified here, in the sense of “where?” So I doubted the consultation's professionalism. It was worse than I expected, so I was shocked for a moment and went blank, and couldn't even ask everything. The consultation fee of 10,000 won felt wasted. It wasn't unfriendly, but it didn't feel particularly kind either... I went there because of the reviews, so what am I to make of feeling something completely different? Is it that the attitude differs from person to person? The consultation itself was not great, but the clinic's pamphlet before-and-after photos were okay, so I'm still torn.
