It was several years ago (about 8 years ago), so I don't remember who the doctor in charge was. They did it with a half-incision, the surgery went well, and it still hasn't come apart It's held up well until now People around me kept saying it looked natural, It was to the point that if I didn't say I'd had it done, no one would know I don't remember the exact amount, but I vaguely remember it being around that price
