I had T-osteotomy + square jaw surgery (two contouring procedures) with the same director before, and it turned out naturally and well, so I also had zygoma surgery. The surgery finished well, but visually it seemed like not enough was reduced, so another clinic said they could shave the zygomas more and I had a revision surgery again. That part was really disappointing. The director's style is to make things look natural, so if you want doll-like lines or a definite effect, I recommend looking into another clinic.
