Since it was my first surgery, I thought it would be better to be conservative. So I went to a female doctor who said she specializes in revision surgery. I was recommended a low buried-suture method. On the day of surgery, she added that I should also get ptosis correction in one eye. I don’t really see much difference. She said not to do the front corner surgery, so I didn’t, but I do wonder if I should have insisted on it. My eyes still feel a bit narrow and like bungeoppang fish pastries, so I’m disappointed. It’s been about 5 months, and they say it’s swelling, but I’m not sure. They used very few stitches in the buried-suture procedure, so I’m just hoping it doesn’t come undone.
