I had the surgery in 2016, so I don’t remember the cost, but I remember getting a student discount and it being in the low 1 million won range. I went without really knowing much about double eyelid lines, but they didn’t explain in detail which line they would use for the surgery (inline, in-out line, etc.) and only kind of recommended it by pointing at my eye? So I entrusted it without being able to predict the result. The surgery process was kind, and the result came out well. The double eyelid line itself was done well, and the scar isn’t noticeable unless you look closely. A lot of people thought it was a natural double eyelid unless I said something. I lived satisfied with the surgery, but as of 2022 one eyelid crease has loosened, so I’m thinking about revision surgery (it doesn’t seem to be from the surgery itself; I also rub my eyes often and have weak eyelid-opening strength, so I feel like it has gradually loosened over the years). But I understand the current double-eyelid surgery is being done by a different doctor, so I wonder how that doctor will be..
