Review

The director was cheerful and it felt like they were really trying to match the design I wanted. Looking at the nerve position, they talked about where it could be reduced along the safest line possible and said they would make it pretty. But the feeling of being professional or giving very detailed explanations was lacking. The consultation manager was kind too, but they did push for same-day booking.
