I only had a consultation and even put down a 500,000 won deposit, then canceled again... But it wasn't even a same-day cancellation.. I canceled two weeks before surgery, yet they wouldn't refund it. Only after I kept bringing it up did they tell me to come in.. When I went, they kept me waiting a lot, then finally canceled it late and processed the cancellation with 50,000 won deducted from the refund... It was really something that could have been done so quickly.. They kept making me wait even though there was almost no one there... I think I waited about 40 minutes? I'm glad in a way. Rather than saying, just take 50,000 won and get lost... if they'd said that, how was I supposed to deal with it
