The director spoke calmly and explained things well, and the managers were also kind. I was touched,,, I want to get surgery here, but financially it’s hard for me to have surgery right now^^haha,, I’ll come back for surgery when I save up money later. Also, there seem to be so many customers that the managers and coordinators are very busy,, It was a little hectic, but thank you for kindly guiding me despite being busy,,
