I had nose surgery for a short nose with no columella. No osteotomy, silicone was used, and ear cartilage was used for the tip. It seems like the director prefers using ear cartilage at the tip over other materials. I had already been thinking about ear cartilage from the time I started looking into implants, so that matched my direction well. I wasn’t that ambitious about the bridge, so I had 2 mm of silicone placed, and I wanted a naturally more “my own nose” look just by reducing the nostrils. It’s only been a little over a month, so I can’t say the line is fully settled yet, but it seems to have turned out naturally and well. This was my first cosmetic surgery, so I kept calling the hospital nonstop...... They kindly answered everything I asked, so I’m grateful...
