This was a second revision surgery, and I'm very, very satisfied. I kept saying I wanted it natural, and it really did become very natural, though maybe not without a trace of anything lol. It was a bulbous nose surgery, and I wanted it reduced without looking obvious. At first I thought, "Did they make it too high?" and panicked, but after the splint came off and the swelling went down... it really became small, not high, and not noticeable just as I asked.
