About 5-6 years ago, I went there without an appointment and was able to get a consultation right away. The staff member who consulted me was kind. There was no recommendation for a deposit at that time. I remember not being sure where I would do it, so I went around to several other places for more consultations. The consultation itself wasn't bad.
