The doctor was kind, but the consultation manager had a style of pressuring me to make a reservation on the day of the consultation, so I ended up making one with the feeling that I was being led along a bit, then canceled it. I didn't have a good experience with the manager, so in the end I decided not to do it here. I think the doctor is important, but the staff are important too, so that was disappointing.
